The almost always booked solid Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party at the Magic Kingdom has just been replaced with a very similar sounding "new" dessert party experience beginning on July 5th, 2015, the more aptly named the Wishes Fireworks Dessert Party. If you have existing reservations for (now old) Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party, fear not… the price, location and name of the event will stay the same until July 5th, 2015. The inaugural Chef Demonstration at Epcot's Port of Call gift shop was met with a very blustery day. The kind of day that you can only find in the Hundred Acre Wood. There's no telling if that drew guests into the small gift shop space, or kept guests away from the park that day, but there were around 50 audience members milling about during the demo, which to me, seemed just about right. We have added the menu boards for the Epcot 2015 International Flower and Garden Festival to our festival and events photo page. This is the first year that we have added the menu boards, and may incorporate them into the individual kiosk pages a bit more for future festivals. Our "lead in" photo for each booth or area is a picture of the food kiosk itself, followed by the menu board, the photos of the food items, and then any additional area or environment photos from that area. All of the food item photos and prices for the 2015 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival "Outdoor Kitchen" Kiosks are now in place, and the rating system has been turned on. Also for the first time this year, we have complete Gluten Free and Vegetarian Friendly markers in place as well. From the main food item festival page for the Flower and Garden Festival, you can select Gluten Free or Vegetarian Friendly from the sort options, and those items will float to the top of the list, so you can see ... We do not yet have any of the prices, some photos, or the gluten-free and vegetarian friendly information for the food booth items yet… what we do have, is a list of the 11 kiosk and a list of all the food items on the menu for this year's Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot! Our rate and review system will open up, on the day the festival begins (Wednesday, March 4th, 2015) . I have always said that it's not a "garden festival" if I can't eat what's growing. So not only are we glad to hear that the Outdoor Kitchens (i.e. food booths) will be returning for this year's Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot, and (drum roll please…) a NEW cooking demonstration series has been introduced as well. While we don't have too much information about these new Flower and Garden Festival Cooking Demonstrations, we have heard that they will be taking place at the entrance to World ... Not wanting to let Disney run completely unchecked in the gourmet cupcake category, the Cypress Bakery at SeaWorld Orlando has been testing a couple of beefed up (pun intended) cupcakes recently. The Maple Bacon Chocolate Cupcake we found the other day was quite delicious, especially if you like maple buttercream frosting. There needs to be a lot of that buttercream on top, to hold all the chopped bacon in place on the sides of the cupcake. The admirable chocolate cake underneath was airy, moist, and not ... SeaWorld Orlando bids farewell to the Terrace Garden Buffet and introduces a new location, the Terrace BBQ. Well… "new location" is a bit of a stretch. The old Hospitality House didn't get much of a make over in this re-concepting of sorts, just a new menu, a few new signs, and an a la carte format. Gone is the salad, pasta, pizza and dessert buffet line format, and in it's place, you will find a somewhat option-limited chicken and ribs a la cart menu that now looks much more like the menus at ...
