The Candlelight Processional is a holiday tradition at Epcot that takes place during the park's Festival of the Holidays (specifically, from November 28 through December 30, 2025). It's a full-scale 40-ish minute production where a celebrity narrator tells the story of Christmas — recounting the biblical tale of a savior born in Bethlehem. The production features a 50-piece orchestra and a large choir.

This year's Swan and Dolphin's annual Food and Wine Classic weekend is taking place on Friday, November 14th and Saturday, November 15th, 2025 — and the popular Seminar Series is back as well.
The "Learn to Impress" seminars are led by various Managers and Sommeliers that work with some of the Swan and Dolphin's restaurants. This year's seminars are all beverage themed seminars.

The full menu for this year's Epcot Food & Wine Festival has arrived. When the festival opens on August 28th, 2025 there will be approximately 25 food & beverage kiosks with 2 additional kiosks set to open on September 28th, 2025 – one full month after the festival begins.

The Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic Menus for 2025 just posted. The main event nights this year are on Friday, November 14th and Saturday, 15th, 2025 — from 5pm until 9pm. The two event nights feature four full hours of walking around, sampling different food and beverage station offerings and listening to live bands playing in the different areas.
