The 2025 Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic Seminar Series

This year's Swan and Dolphin's annual Food and Wine Classic weekend is taking place on Friday, November 14th and Saturday, November 15th, 2025 — and the popular Seminar Series is back as well.
The "Learn to Impress" seminars are led by various Managers and Sommeliers that work with some of the Swan and Dolphin's restaurants. This year's seminars are all beverage themed seminars.
The hour-long events do require a ticket purchase (and the parking fee), but you don't have to be staying at the Swan and Dolphin to take part in these culinary seminars. In fact, you don't even have to be going to the "Main Causeway Event" in order to enjoy this special seminar series.
Tickets are on sale now and most of these seminar tickets will sell out weeks before the event starts.
All the tickets for all the events taking place during the Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic are in a giant list. Just find the event your interested in, and click the purple “buy ticket” button.

As I mentioned — tickets for these will sell out at some point before the event begins. The very popular seminar "Pasta Making with Chef Dan" is not on the list... to the best of my knowledge, chef Dan is no longer with the Swan & Dolphin collection of restaurants.
