Harbor Nights La Dolce Vita – 2025 Menu and Ticket Prices

The Harbor Nights La Dolce Vita event at the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel is taking place on Friday, October 17th this year, from 6:30pm until 10:00pm. Previous versions of Harbor Nights have sold out in the past, so if you like the menu and are interested in going — I wouldn't wait too long to reserve your spot, especially for the VIP Level Seating.

The all-inclusive ticketed event takes place in the outdoor piazza area over the course of three and a half hours. The event offers great entertainment with music from a live band along with an area for dancing, opera singers on balconies, free self-parking, and naturally — great food and wine! There's two ticket levels available that offer two sightly different ways to experience the same event.

While most of the food and all of the environment and entertainment is the same for everyone — there's two different seating/ticket options that determine how you get your food and beverages — and how much you interact with other guests over the course of the evening.

General / Individual Ticket

With the Individual Ticket option — open communal seating is available at very large tables. These aren't reserved seats and there's no guarantee that it will be just your part at the table. You'll have to get up and visit food and beverage stations throughout the piazza and either bring the food back to your table, or just roam around and sit wherever you see an opening.

VIP Tickets

With the VIP Ticket option — you will have a reserved table with a number on it, just for your party. No one else should sit there all night. Many of the same food items that are available with the Individual Ticket option — will be expertly plated, paired with special wines (not available to those in the Individual Ticket area), and everything will be served to you in the form of a six-course meal.

While you can still go around, roaming through the various food and beverage stations — the VIP area will have full table service — so you really don't "have" to go roaming around piazza to enjoy everything that's on the menu. There's also a couple of "passed appetizers" that will be available during a welcome reception. Check-in for the VIP seating begins 30 minutes before those with Individual Ticket.

The two experiences — "Individual Tickets" and "VIP Tickets" — are actually quite different from one another. Both are fun and great options for enjoying the event, because most of the menu and entertaiment are the same. The Individual Ticket options tends to be a little more communal and party-like — the VIP Ticket options tends to be a little more private and upscale, where you can focus more on the food and beverage pairings… and those in your party, at "your" table.

Guests sitting in the VIP section can still step out of the VIP area and visit any of the General Ticket tasting stations as many times as you would like, and then step back into the VIP area. In addition to that — there's a served, six-course meal that features many of the same items, with elevated plating methods, along with specifically paired wines that are not available at the other "General Ticket" wine stations.
