No, it's actually a rat, but he's such a cute little rat. and he's a chef, which is why we have to report this on Mealtrip.com. We've known for a while that Remy would be getting his very own activity for the 20th Food and Wine Festival at Epcot, and now we know what the "giveaway" part of the activity is.

We just heard about a brand new Halloween dessert party offering at the Magic Kingdom , simply called the Happy HalloWishes Dessert Party, that will be offered on select nights… (meaning, on nights that the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is taking place). So you DO need a ticket to the "Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party" AND a pre-paid reservation to the "Happy HalloWishes Dessert Party" if you would like to attend.

Three years ago, when I first started getting those oval "AP" magnets for being a Disney Annual Passholder I thought... "How cool... there's no way I'm putting this on my car, someone will take it". Now though... I have so many oval "AP" magnets, I've considered putting them on other people's cars just to get rid of them. Epcot's "L'artisan des Glaces Ice Cream and Sorbet" has had the proud distinction of having the longest eatery name in all four Disney theme parks in Central Florida... until now. If you remove all the punctuations, the newly announced "Jungle Navigation Co., Ltd. Skipper Canteen" has tied the popular French Ice Cream shop for the "longest name ever" award. It's official, Minnie's Holiday Dine at Hollywood & Vine Dinner with Fantasmic VIP seating begins on November 7th, 2015 and runs (almost every day) through January 3rd. Cost is $52.99 per adult and $31.99 per child age 3 to 9 (plus tax and gratuity).

It wasn't too many Food and Wine Festivals ago, that the only big special event to take place in the giant World Showplace building, was the grand Party for the Senses. Over the years, we've seen a new, slimmer, and more tightly themed event take shape in this fabulous space.

The Land's Garden Grill Restaurant Now Offers Breakfast and Lunch Reservation Options

Starting November 8th, 2015 the often rotating Garden Grill Restaurant in Epcot's The Land Pavilion will begin serving a breakfast and lunch period in addition to dinner!
This does not appear to be just for the holidays at this time, as all three periods are showing as "available" beyond the traditional holiday end-dates. (Another interesting fact though... the Garden Grill's Breakfast and Lunch periods have been added to the popular Candlelight Dining Package as well. Those are available for booking ... Tables In Wonderland Food and Wine Festival Preview Lunch

Tables in Wonderland occasionally hosts special events throughout the year for it's members. Mostly, these consist of wine dinners at Jiko's and a preview dinner event for the Food and Wine Festival. The Food & Wine Preview event was converted into a lunch this year, to better accommodate the large number of guests that wanted to attend.
