Food Booth Menu Items for Epcots 2015 Flower Garden Festival
We do not yet have any of the prices, some photos, or the gluten-free and vegetarian friendly information for the food booth items yet… what we do have, is a list of the 11 kiosk and a list of all the food items on the menu for this year's Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot! Our rate and review system will open up, on the day the festival begins (Wednesday, March 4th, 2015) . But for now, the format is still a fun way discover the items that you might want to try this year. We probably won't ... ( read more ... )

New Cooking Demos For Epcots 2015 Flower Garden Festival
I have always said that it's not a "garden festival" if I can't eat what's growing. So not only are we glad to hear that the Outdoor Kitchens (i.e. food booths) will be returning for this year's Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot, and (drum roll please…) a NEW cooking demonstration series has been introduced as well. While we don't have too much information about these new Flower and Garden Festival Cooking Demonstrations, we have heard that they will be taking place at the entrance to World ... Maple Bacon Chocolate Cupcake at SeaWorld Orlando's Cypress Bakery

Maple Bacon Chocolate Cupcake at SeaWorld Orlandos Cypress Bakery
Not wanting to let Disney run completely unchecked in the gourmet cupcake category, the Cypress Bakery at SeaWorld Orlando has been testing a couple of beefed up (pun intended) cupcakes recently. The Maple Bacon Chocolate Cupcake we found the other day was quite delicious, especially if you like maple buttercream frosting. There needs to be a lot of that buttercream on top, to hold all the chopped bacon in place on the sides of the cupcake. The admirable chocolate cake underneath was airy, moist, and not ... Farewell Terrace Garden Buffet
SeaWorld Orlando bids farewell to the Terrace Garden Buffet and introduces a new location, the Terrace BBQ. Well… "new location" is a bit of a stretch. The old Hospitality House didn't get much of a make over in this re-concepting of sorts, just a new menu, a few new signs, and an a la carte format. Gone is the salad, pasta, pizza and dessert buffet line format, and in it's place, you will find a somewhat option-limited chicken and ribs a la cart menu that now looks much more like the menus at ... Mexican Tequila Lunch Pairing at La Hacienda de San Angel
I wasn't reviewing the "La Hacienda Tequila Lunch" event (that was part of this year's Food and Wine Festival) as much as I was just enjoying the event as a guest. Once you start taking photos of your food though, it's hard to put the camera down. We may do a more in-depth review of the event next year, but the food elements of the event were just so good, I wanted to get photos out there. I have also created a page for those that attended the event this year, and wanted to leave a review. Click ... ( read more ... )

Shake and Indulge Like the French
This year's "New" Shake and Indulge Like the French event may sound familiar to you, but is in fact, a bit different than last year's Taste, Shake and Indulge Like the French. For starters, the price has, drum-roll please... wait for it... actually gone down by $10 from last year's similarly named event. While it is a bit different, the drop in price seems quite astounding, because this year's version of the Grand Marnier event seems to be just as packed with Cognac, desserts, and is a bit more fun. This ... ( read more ... )

Mixology Seminar featuring Lucas Bols Presented by Anthony Pullen
Each day during the Epcot Food and Wine Festival a "Mixology Seminar" is held in the Festival Welcome Center at 6pm. The 45 minute demonstration is often curated by a representative of a particular beverage manufacturer and combines information, entertainment, and of course three mixed drinks to sample. If you enjoy mixed cocktails, this event is one of the best "deals" of the festival. The $15 per person ticket is easily justified, as any one of the three 4oz to 7oz samples that you're presented with, ... ( read more ... )

The Epcot 2014 Food and Wine Festival Item Photos and Scoreboard Page
It has taken over 40 hours of shooting, 20 hours of post-production, and close to $400 to eat our way around the World Showcase kiosks this year, all to help unify the look of our International Marketplaces Scoreboard, and bring you the most up to date information available. Click here to visit the current Festival Item Photos and Scoreboard Page I believe that the item photos are extremely important, as they show exactly what is handed to you at each of the kiosks (we did have to replate a few ...
