The Beef and Bella Bronze and Blue Burgers with Red Cherry Chipotle Ketchup and Roasted Fingerling Potato Chips was one of my all-time favorite Pam Smith creations. This little burger packed a lot of punch and is truly a "signature burger" in every way.
The Beef and Bella Bronze and Blue Burger was paired perfectly with a Heitz 2007 Trailside Cabernet for this 2014 Culinary Demo. The burger also featured Pam's own spice blend, the
P.S. Flavor! Caribbean Kitchen Blend.

The Beef and Bella Bronze and Blue Burger is one of my favorite Pam Smith creations. A perfect combination of savory and sweet with just a little kick along with that blue cheese and caramelized onions... so delicious. Just look at those burgers... I want one right now!
This is the "Bronze and Blue Burger" that each guest received at the 2014 Culinary Demo.
You will most definitely learn something about food when attending a Culinary Demo when Pam Smith RDN is cooking. She is an accomplished chef and shares every detail about what's going into the recipe.
