The Seafire Grill features indoor seating in a large air conditioned room, that also happens to have a large stage on one end (just like dinner theater). This main dining area is located in a separate, enclosed room to the side of the food preparation area. This larger seating area I'm speaking of, is considered flex-space and is often used for special dining events, most of which are seasonal.

The food selection (more or less) all revolves around chicken... chicken tenders, chicken wraps, breaded chicken sandwich, (and occasionally chicken wings) — usually served with some waffle fries and sauce.

Prior to the menu change (pre - 2016), the Seafire "Inn" had been offering cafe-style entrées... Including a Hand Carved Roast Turkey Sandwich, Fish and Chips, a Mediterranean Veggie Wrap, and Chicken Stir Fry. From 2016 until 2019 the culinary style was Tex-Mex.
