The next Wine Riffs™ dinner series at Universal Orlando's Hard Rock Hotel will take place on Friday, February 10th, 2023 and feature Knights Bridge Winery. The popular and pricey experience pairs music, and food, with wine (and room lighting). The $175 per person (plus tax) event is not for everyone, you'll really need to know a little bit about food and wine to fully appreciate the experience. While the International Food & Wine Festival over at Epcot seems to be slipping deeper and deeper into "Bar Food and Swaggy IPA" territory... the folks over at the Swan and Dolphin have (at least in their marketing copy) planned up something a little more foodie focused. Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs hosts separate ticketed events every now and then. One of which took place in early December 2018 called "12 Beers of Christmas". This year (2019) a very similarly priced event called "MorimotoFest" takes place on Sunday, October 6, 2019 from 12:30pm - 3:00pm — which could very well be (more or less) the same event... just at a slightly earlier time of the year, to coincide with chef Morimoro's appearance at year's Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
