This year's Swan and Dolphin's annual Food and Wine Classic weekend is taking place on Friday, November 15th and Saturday, November 16th, 2024 — and the popular Seminar Series is back as well... but with just three seminars this year. We're getting our first look at the Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic Menus for 2023! The event happens on Friday, November 10th and Saturday, 11th, 2023 — from 5:30pm until 9:00pm. A "causeway ticket" allows unlimited food and beverage tastings for each night. A separate causeway ticket would be needed for each night of the event. The Swan and Dolphin's annual Food and Wine Classic weekend is just around the corner (November 10th & 11th, 2023), and it looks like we're back to a full schedule of events and activities, in addition to the main tasting event itself. The Food and Wine Classic also features a "Learn" component in the form of culinary demos where the instructors are various Directors and Executive Chefs at the Swan and Dolphin. While the International Food & Wine Festival over at Epcot seems to be slipping deeper and deeper into "Bar Food and Swaggy IPA" territory... the folks over at the Swan and Dolphin have (at least in their marketing copy) planned up something a little more foodie focused. They're back! After a multi-year hiatus, Culinary and Beverage Seminars are once again on the schedule of events at the 2022 Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic. The seminars generally take place on either Friday or Saturday during the Food & Wine Classic event (depending on which seminar you would like to attend), and usually start an hour or two before the main "strolling the causeway" activity begins.
