The 2023 Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic Seminar Series

The Swan and Dolphin's annual Food and Wine Classic weekend is just around the corner (November 10th & 11th, 2023), and it looks like we're back to a full schedule of events and activities, in addition to the main tasting event itself.
The Food and Wine Classic also features a "Learn" component in the form of culinary demos where the instructors are various Directors and Executive Chefs at the Swan and Dolphin. These hour-long events do require a ticket purchase, but you don't have to be staying at the Swan and Dolphin to take part in these culinary seminars. In fact, you don't even have to be going to the "Main Event" Food and Wine Classic Tasting in order to enjoy this special seminar series.
Tickets are on sale now and most of these tickets will sell out weeks before the event starts. The various ticket pages, can sometimes be a bit of a mess (sorry, they just are)… so rather than link to specific ticket pages, I'll just provide a link to the Swan and Dolphin's "Table of Contents" page — which has a list of links — which lead to ticket purchase pages.

Wine Blending
