Sapphire Falls Resort's Rum Dinner Featuring Privateer Rum – Menu and Price

The late-fall edition of Sapphire Falls Resort's Rum Dinner will feature Privateer Rum and takes place on Friday, October 27th, 2023 from 6:00pm - 9:00pm.

This version of the Caribbean-inspired food and rum pairing dinner series takes place in the outdoor "Cayman Court" at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and is for guests 21 and older.

Andrew Cabot, founder of Privateer Rum and descendant of the 18th century merchant and rum distiller of the same name will be on-hand to talk about his New England aged rum. Chefs and bartenders from the Sapphire Falls resort have crafted 5 cocktails that feature Privateer Rum and a five-course meal to pair those cocktails with.

Guests will enjoy a reception with rum samplings and then move into the Cayman Court area for the five-course meal.
