Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic Menus for 2021

The Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic takes place on Friday, October 29th and Saturday October 30th, 2021 — and we just received the menu for both nights. The event runs from 5:30pm to 9:00pm this year, and as far as I know (as of 9/9/21) causeway tickets are still available.
The "causeway ticket" allows unlimited food and beverage tastings for each night. A separate causeway ticket would be needed for each night of the event. A causeway ticket this year is $165 per person ($185 with tax and service fees).

Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic event that I went to was in 2018. The food and beverage items change a bit from year to year, but the format pretty much stays the same. I have a
