Check-In desk at the Food and Wine Classic.
The check-in lines at the Food and Wine Classic aren't too long... there's usually no more than a couple people lined up at one time, and it moves along quickly.
Right next to the check-in area, there's a couple of wine-only tasting stations.
One of the main "causeway" food stations at the 2021 Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic.
There's usually between four and five food stations located on the Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic's main causeway.
The wine and beverage stations are a little smaller, so there can be more of them! There's around a dozen beverage stations on the causeway at the Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic.

Is there anything better than a Journey song at then end of the night? I don't think so.
Pathway that leads to the Beer Garden area at the Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic.
The Beer Garden area has some seating — but these fill up pretty quick, and the Beer Garden stays busy all night long.
There's usually three for four food items in the Beer Garden. Some are served from this little food truck!
Just like with the wine, you pretty much just ask for whichever beer is on display at each station, and you'll get a little sample. Early on, the samples are basically just a mouthful, but toward the end of the night, the pours can get larger, if there's any beer left.
Pretty cans!
There's beer here, there's beer there, there's beer everywhere!

This is the other main walkway at the Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic. For this photo, I'm standing on the main causeway, near the check-in booth, and looking south west.
These chairs are "saved". One person sits at the table all night, while the members of his or her party walkaround, get food and wine, and go back to the table.
This is another shot of the "other walkway", but this time, I'm at the end of the walkway, looking back toward the main causeway (and the swan hotel building).
The "Shula's" booth at the Classic is very popular. In fact, it's so popular, it's one of the few booths that's duplicated. For the 2021 festival, there was another Shula's booth near the Beer Garden area. Both were serving the same dish.
A walkway leads to the Chinatown food booth at the Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Festival.
The Chinatown food booth is very popular. There's usually a line of guests waiting to get in!
This is the area that I call, "The Sand Trap". The Hang10 and "The Pig and The Poke" food booths are located in this area. One of the "Shula's" booths and Frida's Kitchen are right on the edge of this area (about where I'm standing).
There's quite a few food and beverage booths located around the pool area. There's also some seating on the right hand side of this photo.
Here's a better view of the seating around the pool. While it's not centrally located (I mean, you do have to walk around the entire pool to get to the seating), it's actually pretty nice over there. It's a little quieter and there's even good lighting at night.
The Kimonos booth has been near the pool for the last couple of years, right next to the Bubble Room.
If you've never tried Sake before, this is a great opportunity to get a little sample.
There's usually two kinds of Sake available to try.
Did you know... that Whisky made in Japan is spelled "Whisky" — but Whiskey made in America is spelled "Whiskey"???
This is about the only "cocktail" station that I could find at the 2021 Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic. They were (more or less) making high-balls with Japanese Whisky.

The German Chocolate Cake tasted great! It was a little hard to spoon out of that cup though.

This is the Will Call kiosk at the Food and Wine Classic. It's kind of a guest services booth too. If you didn't get your tickets online, or possibly purchase them on the day of the event, this is the tent you should look for. It's pretty much right in what would be considered the "middle" of the festival.

Sometimes, kind of, the beverage station that's pouring the "paired" wine is right next to the station that's offering the "paired" food — but in real life, there's more "strolling around and getting samples from wherever", going on at this festival.
More wine samples at the festival. Each station also has water, so you can wash your glass out when changing between different beverages.
Each beverage station has some themed decor around, that usually matches up with the theme of the beverage.
It's great that a representative is on-hand to tell guests a little about the beverage they're pouring! (2018)

There are a few food and beverage kiosks located between the main causeway and the Beer Garden area (along the walkway that eventually leads to Epcot), like this Phins food kiosk in 2018.
These wine kiosks for Oregon and Italy were located in the Polynesian area. Strange, but true. (2018)
There is some group table seating available near each of the themed areas at the Food and Wine Classic. Some of that seating for the Polynesia area is located on the beach. (2018)

It's the Kona Ice Shaved Ice Truck! (2018)
So... (and this is just me maybe)... the beach maybe seems like a good idea, on paper.... but the area is a little hard to walk around in. Honestly, it depends on what you're wearing that night. There's pleanty of space out there though! (2018)
St. Augustine Distillery was mixing up a couple of cocktails (which are kind of hard to find at the festival... there are more wine and beer selection than mixed drinks)... so the Mule and Old Fashioned were a welcome and refreshing surprise. (PS - These folks know how to mix a cocktail too!) (2018)
The food samples at the Food and Wine Classic are (more or less) made and plated to order at each station. The only exception would be in cases where the dish required an oven or refrigeration unit that would be too large to relocate outside.
There's seating and food & beverage booths located around the pool area. Some standing tables are on the left and larger group seated tables are on the right. (2018)
There are some larger, multi-guest tables available by the pool. There are no reserved tables at the event though, so guests can sit down, visit briefly, and move on to the next location. (2018)
