The Regal Eagle Smokehouse is a counter service dining location in the American Adventure pavilion at Epcot. Featuring a very large on-stage, oak-wood barbecue grill, the quick-service restaurant is themed around celebrating various regions of the American backyard barbecue and craft beers.

Four house-made sauces are also featured at the location; a "Spicy Mop Sauce" inspired by Texas-style mop, "Sweet BBQ Sauce" inspired by classic dry rub seasonings, a "Vinegar-based Sauce" inspired by North Carolina’s tradition of vinegar and pepper, and finally a "Tangy Mustard Sauce", occasionally referred to as “Carolina Gold”.

The location is 50% modern eatery, with 40% turn of the century Americana decor, and 10% Muppets… but if you're not looking, you'll probably not even notice the Muppet references.
