Takumi-Tei is a high-dollar, signature restaurant located in the Japan pavilion at Epcot. The interior features some Japanese themed dining areas or "rooms" that are each inspired by a natural element — water, wood, earth, stone or washi paper.
The prix fixe style menu that offers multiple courses. Yes, I know what "omakase" means and I'm specifically not using here, even though it's a word that is used on the official menu. There is a plant-based meal path that contains six courses and a not-plant-based meal path that includes seven courses.
The children's menu contains five courses. There's no mac and cheese option, but there is a lobster tempura served with creamy ponzu sauce on the kids menu — so good luck with that. Adults can't order the children's menu (in case you were wondering).
