Located on the bottom floor of Epcot's Land pavilion, Sunshine Seasons is an open concept food court with several stations that offer various made-to-order, "slower food" entrees and some quick-snack items as well. The large seating area is divided into four seasons, with the table-tops and carpet varying in each section, to reflect a different season... spring, summer, winter, and fall.
The lunch and dinner menu is the same, and includes everything from wood-grilled chicken, pork and fish entrees with sides, to Mongolian Beef with Vegetable Fried Rice, Spicy Cashew Chicken with Vegetable Stir-Fry Noodle, seasonal soups and salads, and a couple sandwiches and even some Fish Tacos.
There is an entire food station dedicated to deserts, where "made fresh daily" pastries can be found such as strawberry shortcake, chocolate mousse, cupcakes and many other seasonal treats. In addition to standard beverages, beer and wine are also available.
(*) Price ranges listed are the average cost for one main entree and one soft beverage item, unless otherwise stated. There are many combinations of appetizers, deserts and drinks that will add to your final total. Many parks also use seasonal pricing systems which result in food and beverage costs increasing at peak times. Please check with the location that you are interested in for specific pricing information.
