Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic Seminars They're back! After a multi-year hiatus, Culinary and Beverage Seminars are once again on the schedule of events at the 2022 Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic. The seminars generally take place on either Friday or Saturday during the Food & Wine Classic event (depending on which seminar you would like to attend), and usually start an hour or two before the main "strolling the causeway" activity begins.

The seminars are an "extra cost" activity and space is very limited. In the past, we've seen these sell out well before the events in mid-November. Most are $85 per person (including the mandatory service fees and taxes), with the popular Pasta Making class coming in at $107 per person (including the service fees and taxes). The Pasta Making class is more hands-on that the others, which is why it's a bit higher.

The seminar tickets can be purchased without a Food & Wine Classic Main Event ticket... and it's probably important to turn that sentence around too... purchasing a Seminar Ticket, does NOT automatically get you into the Food & Wine Classic Main Event. Everything is sold separately. I'll provide a direct link to the ticket page under the list of classes (near the bottom of this page), but FYI — the "Purchase Ticket" pages are a bit of a hot mess at the moment... classes listed on the wrong day, etc. More on that below.

It's also worth noting, that unless you are staying at one of the Swan & Dolphin Resort buildings — you WILL be charged an additional general $30 parking fee when you leave the event.

Here's what we know about the seminars being offered for the 2022 season (instructors subject to change without notice)...

Tickets to the Seminar and Main Causeway events can be purchased directly on the Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic website (click here)… by way of the Brown Paper Tickets website... a Seattle-based ticket management company.

At the moment — there's some discrepancies between the dates listed on the Swan & Dolphin site -vs- the Brown Paper Tickets website — (it's a bit of a mess).

Sorry, I wish I had a solution, but I don't. My gut feeling is, the dates on the Brown Paper Tickets website are probably correct, and the dates on the Swan and Dolphin website, are a little off. But that's just my gut feeling, and not actual information. Based on past observations, it probably won't be fixed until after the tickets have sold out.

Therefore, dates and times are subject to change. Always arrive early to these events and check back with the official Swan & Dolphin Food & Wine Classic site frequently.
