A modern tropical interior and waterfront
views await you at this loosely under-the-sea-themed eatery — along with a menu inspired by
Latin and Caribbean cuisines.
The menu here had been a la carte when the location first opened – but it's now an "all you care to eat" family-style menu – where basically everything on the "Taste of the Caribbean" menu is brought to your table and you eat whatever you want. There is a meat-based and a plant-based version of the experience — and both can be brought to the same table if there are plant and meat based guests in your party. There's also a couple of add-ons (like coconut shrimp) for an additional charge.
There are quite a few specialty cocktails on the menu and even a "rum flight" – which is somewhat unique for a family-style location.
