Menu for The 2024 Ignite Fireworks Private Viewing Happy Hour at SeaWorld, Orlando

Even though there's not a named summer festival at SeaWorld this season, at least one of last year's "Summer Spectacular" events made it back — and that's the Ignite Fireworks Private Viewing Happy Hour event.

This would be the third year for the event and it's only available on Saturday nights (plus the 4th of July) from now until August 31st, 2024. The event features specialty cocktails, small plate savory bites, a couple of dessert options, and a dedicated spot to watch the fireworks from the Lakeside Grill Cantina's waterfront patio.

The event starts at 9:00pm and guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to the reservation time… the event ends at 10:00pm. Now here's the switcheroo part — on most of those nights, the fireworks are on the schedule at 10:00pm, but on other nights, they're scheduled at 9:00pm. So you'll either be eating before the fireworks, or during and after the fireworks. It's also worth pointing out that there's currently no fireworks on the schedule at all — for the last four "Ignite Fireworks Private Viewing Happy Hour" events — but I'm sure that's just a typo on the SeaWorld dates and time calendar … I hope.

Tickets start at $49.99 for adults (plus tax and service fee) and go up to $84.99 on premium nights (like July 4th). Children ages 3-9 can expect to pay $19.99 (plus tax and service fee) on most nights and $34.99 on premium nights. No matter what ticket you get, only adults 21 and over are permitted to consume alcohol.

The event is "all-inclusive" so once you buy your ticket, no additional money is required… (tipping, etc.). The food and beverage samples are all you care to enjoy for the "happy hour".

Ignite 360 Fireworks Private Viewing Happy Hour will be refunded if cancelled 24 hours in advance of scheduled dining time. Children under 2 are free but require a reservation. Admission is required but not included. Menu subject to change without prior notice.  Children 2 and under and FREE with paid adult.

The Ignite Fireworks Private Viewing Happy Hour takes place every Saturday beginning May 25th through August 31st, 2024 from 9pm-10. This event requires park admission and it is not included. Check-in begins at 8:45pm. The Happy Hour will also be available on July 4th. Guests must be 21+ to purchase or consume alcohol.
