Menu for the 2024 Red, White, and Brews Mini-Fest at Busch Gardens, Tampa

Yay… there is a menu! The brand new Red, White and Brews mini-festival over at Busch Gardens, Tampa begins on Friday, May 24th, 2024 — and is set to take place every Friday, Saturday, Sunday — until Sunday, July 7th, 2024.

The event takes place during the first half of the park's "Summer Nights" period — which includes longer park hours, a fireworks show, the very popular Cirque Electric acrobatic show which will be back in the (air conditioned) Stanleyville Theater, Gwazi Rocks (drum and stilt walking street-style show), "Icons" which is a great collection of cover bands that perform in the Dragon Fire Grill… and now, the new "Red, White and Brews" mini-festival which takes place in the "Festival Walkway" area over by the Springs Taproom.

Since Busch Gardens has taken removed Bier Fest from the calendar this year — the new Red, White and Brews may be your only chance to sample beers that aren't readily available in the park. The menu is a culinary nod to nostalgic summertime foods — from Hushpuppy Dogs to Peach Pie Cupcakes.

Here's an important point — the Red, White & Brews Cabins (kiosks) only open at 6:00pm and should stay open until park-close on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays only — between the festival start and end dates. I don't think there's going to be a Sampler Lanyard option for this one, so menu board prices apply to everyone. Passholders should still get their normal percentage discounts on food and beverage.
