The late March Vine & Dine at Maria & Enzo’s proved to be so popular, they've decided to host another event on May 24th, 2025 from 1:00pm until 3:00pm. The Disney Springs restaurant will feature a “pairing” lunch that plates some of their Italian dishes with four Rossello wines along with a “welcome” cocktail. Mother's Day is Sunday, May 11th, 2025 and the Rosen Center, Orlando is serving up a pretty great sounding brunch at Café Gauguin from 11:00am – 4:30pm. There's dozens of items like fresh seafood and sushi, omelet, waffle, and carving stations. There's small stations set up that offer a "Taste of the Rosen Center" featuring an item from each of the various restaurants at the Rosen Center. The Amatista Cookhouse over at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort near Universal Orlando will be hosting a Mother's Day Buffet again this year. The dining area offers a touch of the tropics and the brunch will have a culinary nod to the Caribbean. Amatista Cookhouse normally serves an "à la carte" menu but for Mother's day Sunday only, they're going to set up a pretty nice sounding buffet. Mother's Day is just around the corner and if you haven't made brunch plans yet, there may still be a couple tables open over at the Hard Rock Hotel's "The Kitchen". The Kitchen is a casual eatery with a kitschy "American diner" vibe. If you're looking for a cool pairing event, The Edison is hosting another one of their Whiskey & Wonder days in mid-April. The popular Disney Springs restaurant sets up 8 tasting stations in different locations and event guests can visit any of them, as many times as they want during the course of the event (which is around 90 minutes, give or take). Gosh, when did this one pop up? A couple of days from now, Maria and Enzo’s Ristorante at Disney Springs is hosting an “Italian Vine and Dine” event. On Saturday, March 29th, 2025 from 1pm to 3pm the restaurant will feature a “pairing” lunch that plates some of their Italian dishes with four Banfi wines along with a “welcome” cocktail. The end-of-winter Harry's Sip & Savor will feature a five course meal (prepared by chef Tello Luna) paired with six cocktails created with spirits from the Bacardi and Heaven Hill Distillery. The special dining event will take place on one night only — Saturday, March 22nd, 2025 and it starts promptly at 6:30pm. Not to be outdone by the Rosen Center this Easter, Orlando's Rosen Shingle Creek is also offering up an Easter Buffet experience for 2025. This year Easter is near the end of April, and Café Osceola iat Orlando’s Rosen Shingle Creek is hosting a pretty big Easter Brunch Buffet spread. The Brunch takes place on Sunday, April 20th, 2025 and there's seating available from 11:00am - 6:00pm.
