Taste the Flavors of Florida – A Culinary Celebration of the Sunshine State

There is a new one of those "multi location walk around" tasting events taking place on Saturday, June 28th, 2025 over at Disney Springs, and there's multiple start times available for this one. I'll start by trying to explain this is paragraph form – then I'll try and bullet point all the details.

The new event is called "Taste the Flavors of Florida – A Culinary Celebration of the Sunshine State" – but that's really long so I just call it TTFOFACCOTSS. It's billed as being a multiple location, progressive dining event highlighting some of the best flavors the Florida has to offer.

The tasting and sipping event features locally inspired dishes and starts at Enzo's Hideaway, and ends at Morimoto Asia. In between those locations, stops might also include Maria and Enzo's, The Edison, or Pizza Ponte.

While there are five restaurant logos on the promo material – there's only four items listed on the menu – so I wouldn't count on there being more than four stops with food – but maybe?

So basically what you do – is walk from one location to another, stopping a tasting stations that they've set up, picking up a food and beverage sample from each of the locations.

All items at the TTFOFACCOTSS will feature locally harvested Petal Honey. I'm guessing this is a "one food and one beverage sample at each location" kind of deal (i.e. it's timed... so it's not an "all you care to eat" at each location kind of thing). It's also not really clear if you're just supposed to walk around with your food or if there will be little reserved standing areas with tables here and there?  I'm just not sure – because they didn't put any of that info on the marketing material.

I seem to remember there being (at least) one of these before – but I didn't track the ticket sales to see if it sold out, so I'm not sure about this one. Like all things Disney – it's better to reserve early, if you want to go. The Polite Pig announced an event, and it sold out before  I even had a chance to post it here on Mealtrip, so you never know.

I'd also say... watch the weather patterns for that day. There is outdoor walking involved in with this event.
