The Edison is Hosting a (Week and A Half After) Father's Day Cigar Pairing Mixology Dinner

If you have a dad that likes cigars, craft cocktails and bread pudding – and want to celebrate 11 days after actual Father's Day – The Edison over at Disney Springs has the perfect event lined up!

Their Father's Day Cigar Pairing Mixology Dinner features a three-course menu plus craft cocktails and cigar pairings! The Thursday dinner will have two seatings, one at 5:30pm and the other at 8:00pm.

Tickets are $102 per person (plus tax) and that price includes the cigars. There's one optional add-on this time... a 1 ounce pour of Facunda Paraiso is an additional $30 per person. (Actually, I think that's supposed to be Facund"o" Rum and not Facunda as it states on Edison's official Tock page – but who cares at this point.)

If your curious, Facundo Paraiso is a product of Barbados, aged in French XO casks, and sold by Bacardi. It's packaged in a cool looking bottle and costs around $300 USD for 750ml. If you happen to be good at converting milliliters to ounces and doing some math – a 1 ounce pour actually costs $12. I'm just saying.

Dewar’s 21yr, sweet vermouth, Luxardo cherry liqueur, absinthe rinse
Food : St. Louis Ribs, Yukon Gold Potato Salad

Crème Brûlée Old-Fashioned

Angel’s Envy Triple Oak, Tuaca, caramelized demerara, Woodford Reserve chocolate bitters
Food : Brioche Bread Pudding
