2025 Mother's Day Brunch Buffet Menu at Rosen Center, Orlando Mother's Day is Sunday, May 11th, 2025 and the Rosen Center, Orlando is serving up a pretty great sounding brunch at Café Gauguin from 11:00am – 4:30pm.

There's dozens of items like fresh seafood and sushi, omelet, waffle, and carving stations. There's small stations set up that offer a "Taste of the Rosen Center" featuring an item from each of the various restaurants at the Rosen Center.

  • Free Self-parking : $15 Discounted Valet Parking
  • Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. However, reservations are strongly suggested and required for parties of six and greater.
  • A credit card is required to hold reservations for all party sizes. Parties above six must call directly to secure seating.  Cancellations must be made by Wednesday, May 7, 2025, before 12 p.m. to avoid a $30 cancellation fee. Guest will be charged the full price after this date.
Champagne and Mimosas are bottomless (aka "complimentary" and unlimited), which is very cool — there's nothing quite as fun as a brunch with bottomless mimosas!
