There's two dining options this Thanksgiving at the Rosen Shingle Creek — one is a brunch buffet and the other is a chef planned, plated offering. Since there's two different locations and menus here, I'm going to split our page in half and put info on the buffet first and the plated meal second. The fall edition of Harry's Sip & Savor will feature a five course meal (prepared by chef Tello Luna) with five beers provided by a Tripping Animals Brewing. The special dining event will take place on one night only — Saturday, October 26th, 2024 and it starts promptly at 6:30pm.

There's a pretty cool sounding Tequila Pairing Dinner happening over at Everglades that will take place on Saturday, October 12th, 2024. Everglades is one of the main restaurants in the Rosen Center Orlando Resort — and they don't do too many special dining events, so this is a little rare. There is a reoccurring event over at Harry’s Poolside Bar & Grill called "Sip & Savor" so the format isn't new for the Rosen Center event team, just the location.
