In 2016 the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival introduced a new event in the Festival Center called "Mix It, Make It, Celebrate It!". The basic gist of the thing was a 90 minute activity where you could learn something about a particular culinary or beverage topic, while having a chance to make that thing right there in front of you, with your own two hands.

Topics ranged from rolling your own sushi, to mixing cocktails, and even making some desserts. You then (naturally) got to eat or drink your own creations.

What we have assembled here are a few photos and observations from several different "Mix It, Make It, Celebrate It!" events. What happens during each experience is different, no two were alike!

If you attended to any of these during the festival, we would love to hear what you thought of the event! Give them a quick thumbs up or thumbs down, or log in and leave a review!
