There were two or three bread baskets on each table at the beginning of the event. More of the same types of breads (and more) were also available at the Yachtsman Steakhouse Charcuterie and Boutique Cheese Station.

How big is the Fantasia Ballroom? About this big! Like most convention spaces, it can be configured up and down to accommodate different group sizes. It's a really, really big space, and yet - you never really feel crowded. (This shot was taken after the event ended, so it's not as pretty as when you first walk in -- but the lights are on, so there's that.)

These cool little chalk board signs were close to most of the food. Not always close enough to make for a great photo... but close enough so you could tell what you were eating.

So you just walk up to any of the culinary stations, and they will make and plate the item that's on the menu. Each station has a sign, letting guests know which restaurant they are from. Here a Flying Fish chef creates their dish for the night, Rock Shrimp with Tillamook Cheddar Grits in a Martini Glass!

Oh my gosh, that Mexican Duck has a gun!!! One of the many production photos hanging on the wall leading into and out of Steakhouse71.

The side nook areas at Steakhouse71 are quite spacious but are somewhat devoid of design style... unless you like a good curved wall. The light fixtures are kind of neat.

Citricos is a busy restaurant that is often booked solid. Because of this, we obviously couldn't all sit together at a table for 25. Everyone was carefully counted smaller groupings were brought into the restaurant.

Some dips, spreads, oil, balsamic, and butter were on each table as well. Here again, you could get more of any of these items refilled, or just walk on over to the Charcuterie and Cheese station.

Just before the fireworks start, everyone is given a glowing plastic flute of sparkling wine (yes, you can keep the glass), and you can head outside to the observation deck, or stay inside and watch from the main dining area.
