Nestled in a quiet corner on the ground floor of the Contemporary Resort you'll find the long tunnel-like entrance to Steakhouse 71 — one of just a few locations that still has three distinct dining periods. The lunch menu is somewhat different than the dinner menu, and the breakfast menu is different than both lunch and dinner menus.
While not really having a "bright morning breakfast" atmosphere, it's not exactly a stuffy dark steakhouse either. Disney says the interior is intended to be a sleek look back at the 70s. I'd say conveys more of a typical "convention style restaurant" vibe, and leave it at that. It is quieter than Chef Mickey's, the Contemporary's only other full-service breakfast location.
Many of the breakfast items do include meat, but there are a couple of vegetarian entries as well — as the breakfast menu is more about "breakfast" and not quite so much "steakhouse". General word on the street... the breakfast food here is good, and most people enjoy their morning meal.
