Harry's Poolside Sip & Savor Menu for April 6, 2024 The springtime edition Sip & Savor at Harry's Poolside Bar & Grill is just around the corner. The April 6th, 2024 event will combine mixology, culinary arts and the spirit of brewing into a menu that's available just for this one night (which starts at 6:30pm).

Chef Tello Luna and his team are back in the kitchen and the visiting brewery this time is Tampa's Hidden Springs Ale Works.

Advanced reservations and payment are required for this one (i.e. you can't just walk up to Harry's on the night of the event), and seating is limited — so if you're interested in this one, now's the time to make a reservation. Self-Parking is included free, but valet parking will be an additional $15.

The Hidden Springs Ale Works Sip & Savor is $70 per person — plus tax and a service charge brings that to $91.25 per person. Click here to visit the official page for this event on the Rosen Center website, which contains a link to their reservation system (it's OpenTable.com).

If you have trouble figuring out how the OpenTable site works for this event, you're not alone. I've written out a little "walk through" under the menu... just scroll down to see that.

If you like the looks of the menu and want to go — seating is limited and these do tend to sell out in advance … here's the link to the purchase tickets directly from the official Rosen Center site page (via OpenTable) click here.

Personally, I have a tough time navigation the Open Table booking system, so here's a little ru-down of the steps. Once you click the "Make a Reservation" button on the Harry's page, it'll take you to OpenTable, but it will default to today's date.

So change the date to April 6th and 6:30pm — then click the red "Find a Table" button. Once you do, it'll show a long list of resturaunts, (which is where I get confused) — but right directly under the "Find a Table" button you just clicked — there should be a red button with white letters that reads "6:30pm Experiences" — click on that red button and it will bring you to a small description page for the event — and on that page, there's a link that will allow you to select and purchase your tickets. Whew.
