The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is a popular annual event that takes place in the Fall of the year... usually somewhere between the end of October and the beginning of November. The "main event(s)" at the Food & Wine Classic generally happen outside on what's known as the "causeway" — and generally on Friday and Saturday nights.
Guests can stroll around the causeway, making stops at food and beverage locations to sample various small plates, wine, and beer. The food stations and samples are often created by the staff from the many restaurants at the Swan & Dolphin resort complex, along with a couple of additional specialty themed areas. The food items do change a bit on each night, so no two nights are quite the same!
