At the top, most of the dining room tables will enjoy spectacular views of either the Magic Kingdom and the Seven Seas Lagoon, or a more wilderness setting with Epcot in the far, far distance.
Viewing the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the California Grill’s outside observation deck is a big part of the experience. Guests that have same-day reservations long before or after the scheduled fireworks time are invited back to watch the show from the lounge or observation deck (yes, they do check to see if you have reservations that day).
The dining experience includes seasonally fresh, gourmet selections that are said to be Pacific Coast themed. Brick oven flatbreads and a well-respected sushi bar are also a main feature on the menu. For guests that are 21 years of age or older, there are over 300 hand-selected wines available, with at least 50 available by the glass. Sommeliers are also on hand to help with pairing suggestions.
