Character Dining - Table Service
Norwegian
$37-65 per person*
Featuring high archways and cathedral ceilings adorned with flags, the medieval castle setting provides a distinctive backdrop for meeting several of Disney's storybook princesses while you dine.

As you enter Akershus, a princess is on hand for a photo opportunity (usually Belle from Beauty and the Beast, but this may vary from day to day), along with a Photopass photographer to take the shot. They are more than happy to take a snapshot with your camera as well, so be sure to get the whole family in there.

The format of the meal period is part buffet and part à la carte. The meal starts with a Norwegian cold buffet featuring prepared salads, meats and cheeses, which is all you care to eat.

The hot entrees are served à la carte (one per person) and may feature entrees such as seared herb-dusted beef tips, or a Scandinavian meatball dish made of pork, beef and capers called kjottkaker.

A tray featuring an assortment of Norwegian-inspired dessert rounds out the meal. While these are said to be “family style” we’ve never known that to mean “endless”, so... proportion them accordingly!
