The vast interior of Epcot’s Via Napoli is slightly reminiscent of a rural Italian countryside cathedral, anchored on one side by three wood-burning ovens named Etna, Vesuvius and Stromboli. There is also a side room that offers more of a patio dining experience, but isn’t quite as picturesque as the main room.
The pizza is the real star at Via Napoli, the thin-crust pizzas are made with fresh cheese, tomatoes and real Caputo flour imported from Southern Italy. Before your meal, fried risotto balls and the corn-crusted calamari with spicy tomato sauce are customer favorites, and after the meal Italian coffee—as well as tiramisu and chocolate gelato are available.
