La Cava del Tequila is a very quaint (all be it a bit small), Tequila bar inside Epcot's Mexico Pavilion, and offers some tasty tapas style quick bites, to be paired with quite an array of Tequila. Over 100 Tequilas are available, from intense blancos, complex reposados, and velvety smooth añejos... Tequila flights are also available, as are mixologists to pair flavored salts, spices and fresh tropical fruits with Mexico’s national drink.
