Fan favorite Bryan Voltaggio stopped by the Culinary Demo program early in the season at Epcot's 2015 Food and Wine Festival. Always entertaining, a delicious shrimp and grits dish, and gracious with his time after the demo had ended... it's easy to see why chef Voltaggio is so popular. His Shrimp and Grits dish was also prepared that night at the Party for the Senses, and paired well with a truly "international" Riesling Kabinett from Germany.
