New for 2016, the "
Resort Premium Dining Experiences" are Food & Wine Special Events that take place (wait for it).... at Disney Resort locations. There are just 12 dates in total (at the moment) and we'll keep you posted if any more become available. All four new events are special experiences that have not been offered to the public before. If you're interested, I wouldn't wait much past the opening booking day to book your experience. These will likely fill up fast

Brunch with a Twist at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa
Relish a sumptuous repast from out culinary creme de la creme. Our team of top chefs is about to turn dining at Citricos into pure epicurean enchantment - and you're invited! Guests of this event will be treated to a 5-star, 5-course meal prepared by the award-winning chefs. Executive Chef Scott Hunnel Chef Dom Filoni, Chef Lawrence Searl, Chef Noah Estabrook, Chef Nick Mussara and Executive Pastry Chef Erich Herbitschek representing Victoria & Albert's, Citricos, Narcoossee's, the Grand Floridan Cafe, and the Grand Floridian Bakery.
From amazing appetizers to an Austrian strawberry dumpling dessert, each course is carefully paired with complementary wines for the ultimate brunch experience. Attendees will learn new cooking techniques and have the opportunity to ask questions while watching the chefs whip up their individual specialties. Plus, guests will receive a surprise takeaway commemorating the event.

Culinary Adventures with a Master Chef
Learn pro tips and tricks that kick your kitchen skills into high gear, then feast on the fruits of your labor! Amateur chefs and foodies alike will embark on the gastronomical adventure of a lifetime as they enter a realm rivaling La Cordon Bleu. In a professional working kitchen, guest will spend 60 minutes at various stations preparing different dishes under the direction of Disney chefs - there's no better way to master the tools of the trade!
After this interactive session, guest will dine on a delicious 5-course gourmet meal at the Chef's Table, each dish perfectly paired with prestigious wines selected by the chefs themselves. From aprons to appetizers and beyond, this mouthwatering crash course is a 3-hour epicurean experience not to be missed! As a parting gift, all participants will take home a complimentary cookbook and apron commemorating the event.

Behind the Scenes Trader Sam's Grog Grotto
Prepare for Zombie encounters of the delicious kind during this informative tropical feast! Escape to a whimsical world filled with carved totems, shrunken heads, exotic cocktails and a menu fit for King Kamehameha himself. Our entertaining lunch event includes a tour of Trader Sam's, the iconic eatery where island fantasies come to life. It's the ultimate Shangri-La! Beachcomber fans will learn about the restaurant's mystical history and how its famed specialty drinks and Asian-influenced menu are created to reflect the kitschy, colorful environment. Guests will be immersed in the experience by learning how to mix their favorite dark and light spirits into spectacular island drinks paired with unique spirit selections.
