Cheese Seminar Schedule for 2018

Discover a few delicious cheese-paring secrets from some world-class fromagers at the 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival!  During each 90-minute seminar, guest cheesemakers will explain the major aromas, textures and flavor levels of popular cheeses. Attendees can sample pre-selected cheeses paired with a wine, craft beer, or other beverage — while learning about the distinct nature of each featured region.
