12 Beers of Christmas 2024 at Morimoro Asia

This Popular Holiday Event Return on Sunday, December 8th, 2024

Well, you know it's time to get serious about booking holiday events when the next "Morimoro's 12 Beers of Christmas" is announced. The very popular event is going to take place on Sunday, December 8th, 2024 — and because it's so popular, it will be held twice on the same day! There's an 11:30am to 1:30pm time slot and a 2:00pm to 4:00pm time slot... both are the same price and both offer the same food and beers.

Morimoro's 12 Beers of Christmas takes place in Morimoto Asia (Disney Springs) and offers an "all you care to enjoy" type of format that provides guests with the opportunity to sample five golden beers, plus seven more beers, paired with 12 small-plate food items. Food and beer stations are set up all around the two-floor restaurant and guests are encouraged to stroll around, sampling food and beer as they go.

I was at the very first 12 Beers of Christmas many, many years ago. Click here to view some photos from that event. (The food items change from year to year, but the event format, plating, and portion sizes remain very similar.)

There are tables and chairs around in the usual locations (just like their normal dining room setup), but there tends to be more guests than chairs at this event. If you for sure want to sit down, you may want to get their early and have one person in your group sit at the table while others stroll around.

Tickets will go fast for this one and it will be sold out — it is every time they do the "12 Beers…" event, and yes — it really is that good (if you're okay with not "for sure" having a place to sit and you like most of the food on the menu). This is one of my favorite events at Disney Springs.

If you really "for sure" want to sit down and you don't mind paying for it, there are "tables for 4" available for $500. Actually though, those are for "any number or guests up to four people" so if there's just two of you going — you can get a $500 table and have extra room and a little separation between you and the crowd.
