Amare is a restaurant at the Swan Reserve, a hotel that's part of the Swan and Dolphin complex. It features a casual, upscale Mediterranean environment and is open (usually) for three meal period each day. Reservations are recommended for dinner… but walk-ups can usually be accommodated for breakfast and lunch.

The breakfast menu at Amare tends to be a little more "American standard breakfast" than Mediterranean, but it is probably the least expensive meal period — if you just want to check the place out and see what it looks like. Egg entrees (a couple different way), avocado toast, some waffles, a quinoa-based power bowl — the items are well thought out and the menu is a step above the standard "Mickey Bounty Platter" that you'll find a most other locations.

The dinner menu at Amare is where the "Mediterranean flavors" really show up — but dinner is an expensive "signature level" priced meal period. The less expensive lunch menu at Amare is served from 11:30am until 2:00pm and offers a more affordable experience, featuring "salad, sandwich, and flatbread" type items.
