The late-fall edition of Sapphire Falls Resort's Rum Dinner will feature Privateer Rum and takes place on Friday, October 27th, 2023 from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. This version of the Caribbean-inspired food and rum pairing dinner series takes place in the outdoor "Cayman Court" at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and is for guests 21 and older. The Harbor Nights Primavera event at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel is just around the corner. It takes place this year on Friday, April 21st, 2023 — from 6:30pm until 9:00pm. All the ticket levels are still available (I'm posting this article about a month before the event starts), but the VIP tickets usually sell out sometime between now and the start of the event. The next Wine Riffs™ dinner series at Universal Orlando's Hard Rock Hotel will take place on Friday, February 10th, 2023 and feature Knights Bridge Winery. The popular and pricey experience pairs music, and food, with wine (and room lighting). The $175 per person (plus tax) event is not for everyone, you'll really need to know a little bit about food and wine to fully appreciate the experience.
