Located in the Infinity Falls section of the park, the Waterway Grill features flavors and cuisine inspired from regions around the Amazon. The large dining area offers ample seating (and air conditioning), along with it's own walk-up bar with several beers on-tap.
The culinary offerings, which range from Grilled Churrasco Steak to Salpicao and Adobe Roasted Chicken, are closer to authentic South and Central American, (with a little Caribbean in the mix), than we've found at other, similar theme park locations.
Historically, this building used to be the "Hospitality House" where free beer samples were available (check out the Busch logo on some of the chrome fixtures in the bathrooms). In modern-times, the building not only is home to the Waterway Grill, but is also the location of the "Annual Passmember Lounge", an area that is exclusive to Annual Passholders and offers several perks and promotions at different times of the year.
(*) Price ranges listed are the average cost for one main entree and one soft beverage item, unless otherwise stated. There are many combinations of appetizers, deserts and drinks that will add to your final total. Many parks also use seasonal pricing systems which result in food and beverage costs increasing at peak times. Please check with the location that you are interested in for specific pricing information.
