The full menu includes salads and appetizers such as Braised Beef Short Rib Ravioli, Coconut Shrimp, and a Florida Cobb Salad. There is more than “just” seafood on the balanced entree menu. From Grilled Chicken Risotto and Pork Osso Bucco to the more seafoodie Coquille Saint-Jacques and Grilled Salmon, everyone should be able to find something they can enjoy. There are also desserts available at Shark’s that are not found elsewhere in the park such as a Chocolate Marquise, Loaded Brownie Sundae, and Banana Creme Brûlée. A full cash bar is also available featuring mixed cocktails, import and domestic beers, and wine by the glass or bottle.
