Sharks Underwater Grill® is a full-service restaurant and offers the most upscale dining environment that you can find at SeaWorld. The large windows that allow guests to peer into the depths of the Shark Encounter are mesmerizing with sharks flying by as you dine.
The menu is a little random but could be described as American “country club dining”. There’s fish, chicken, steak, a salad, etc. Everything on the menu seems to be “the best” items from over the many years the restaurant has been open, rather than belonging to a particular culture or cuisine type. Everything (so far as I know anyway) is prepared by chefs and made to order, so it’s great tasting fresh food.
A full cash bar is also available featuring mixed cocktails, import and domestic beers, and wine by the glass or bottle.
