The Panini Shore Cafe used to be known as the "Lakeside Panini Bistro". Soon after Mako™ opened, the name and exterior of the permanent kiosk was changed to reflect the theming of the area.

The small building itself... would make for the best detached garage ever -- if it wasn’t for the fact that the place is chocked full of panini making equipment. There are a couple panini sandwiches on the menu along with some bagged chips, beer and soda. Hot panini selections change every now and then but usually include a meatless Caprese panini, Steak and Cheese panini, a Turkey Bacon and Cheese panini along with a seasonal panini. There is limited outdoor seating available.
