The aptly named Signature restaurant at Disney's Yacht Club resort is the Yachtsman Steakhouse. The interior is definitely upscale and there are two distinct environments here. A circular "gazebo" of sorts is quite grand with rich green and dark browns dominating the color pallet which all lifts up into a grand "portal" type of ceiling structure. Most of the other seating areas at Yachtsman are quite squared off with large wood beams reminiscent of a Mondrian experiment gone horribly wrong (sorry, just calling it like I see it).

Food-wise much of the grain-fed beef is aged in-house and prepared over an oak-fired grill in an open kitchen (although "open" here is relative, it's more like a window or two). Well thought out Charcuterie and Cheese boards are present at most Disney signature locations and the Yachtsman is no exception. Those not wanting anything beef-like have a few other options ranging from a 1.5lb Maine Lobster and a vegetarian Purple Sweet Potato-filled Pasta. (When I wrote a "few" other options, I really did mean a "few".)

Six or Seven desserts round out the evening meal. There are a "few" featured wines here as well (there's that word "few" again), but pretty much anything at the nearby Crew Cup Lounge is available to order, including a Truffle Olive Martini and several beer selections.
