The Artist’s Palette is Saratoga Spring’s counter service location, and the bright area actually seems to be part gift shop, dining area, kitchen and convenience store. While the seating area is a bit small compared to other resort counter service restaurants, it only seems to get really crowded at typical peak dining times. Going for lunch at 3pm for example, is a much different experience than at high noon.
There are a couple salads and flatbreads on the menu, but sandwiches (both hot and cold) take up a fair share of space on the menu boards. From the Lobster Club Sandwich and Roasted Vegetable Panini, to a Buffalo Chicken Panini and even a Meatball Sub, you could have quite a few meals here, without ever repeating yourself.
(*) Price ranges listed are the average cost for one main entree and one soft beverage item, unless otherwise stated. There are many combinations of appetizers, deserts and drinks that will add to your final total. Many parks also use seasonal pricing systems which result in food and beverage costs increasing at peak times. Please check with the location that you are interested in for specific pricing information.
