The artistic colorful glass lighting fixtures, yellow and blue walls and mid toned wood(like) surfaces seem to make the main dining area at Saratoga Springs’ The Artist’s Palette a bit more secluded and upscale at night, than they do while the sun is up. The seating area is a bit on the small side when compared to other resort counter service locations, but if you avoid the peak dinner times (5:00pm - 6:30pm), you’ll find it a bit easier to get a table.

Many of the wraps, salads, and sandwiches that are on the lunch menu, are also offered at dinner. That is not a bad thing because there are quite a few hot and cold options ranging from a Lobster Club Sandwich to a Hot Ham and Cheese with Gouda along with several flatbreads. There are a few non-sandwich options added to the dinner menu only, (that seem to rotate a bit, in a “dinner specials”) fashion... that can range from Meatloaf with Mashed potatoes, to BBQ Pork Loin, and Chicken Parmesan with Penne Pasta in Marinara sauce.

(*) Price ranges listed are the average cost for one main entree and one soft beverage item, unless otherwise stated. There are many combinations of appetizers, deserts and drinks that will add to your final total.
