The main counter service location at Port Orleans Resort/Riverside is a food court setup aptly named the Riverside Mill Food Court. The primary feature in the rustic, lofty, workshop styled main dining space is a giant cotton mill wheel that is powered by flowing water outside the restaurant.

As with most food courts, food selections are plentiful. Unfortunately the breakfast menu doesn’t really offer anything more culinary specific to the New Orleans theme, than the standard issue breakfast items you can find at all of the resort food courts. Breakfast platter, Mickey waffles, breakfast wraps and such. It’s all good. We wish one or two stations would kick it up a notch, and offer some truly unique French, Creole and Cajun inspired options for breakfast.
