The Riverside Mill is setup like a food court. There are several different food order and pickup windows with the payment/register stations in the middle.
After you get your food, you head on over to the register to pay for it. This system can be a little difficult if you need to pick up items from different windows.
There's actually quite a bit of seating at Riverside Mill, but it does fill up to capacity during peek times (and usually always in the morning for breakfast).
Seen in the background of this photo, there's a self-serve beverage station right in the middle of the seating areas. It is double sided, so that the other half of the restaurant has the same options on the opposite side.
