There's two dining options this Thanksgiving at the Rosen Shingle Creek — one is a brunch buffet and the other is a chef planned, plated offering. Since there's two different locations and menus here, I'm going to split our page in half and put info on the buffet first and the plated meal second.If you're interested in either of these options on Thanksgiving Day, walk-ins are welcome, but are based on availability. Pre-booking is strongly recommended. As always, other restrictions may apply and the menus are subject to change.
Thanksgiving Brunch at Café Osceola
Café Osceola (on non-Thanksgiving days) is currently being used as a breakfast buffet location and features chef-stye cooking stations and a couple of a la carte menu items. It really is a neat looking space — it's a very tall, vertically open dining area that features elegant Spanish-revival design cues… in a high-end, business class resort kind of way.
On Thanksgiving Day, the brunch buffet is extended all the way to 6:00pm and features an array of traditional Thanksgiving Day day items along with quite a few savory items that are not normally on the Café Osceola brunch buffet, along with a small number of large desserts, a pretty large number of mini desserts, and an ice cream bar.
The Thanksgiving Brunch at Café Osceola also includes unlimited champagne and mimosas for those ages 21 and over!

If all the "getting up and sitting down" action at a buffet isn't really your style, the Rosen's steakhouse "A Land Remembered" has a chef created, platted option for Thanksgiving Day Dinner. This location is a little fancier, so evening resort attire is recommended and I wouldn't expect too many walk-ins will be available, so if you would like to attend this dinner, I'd recommend making reservations.
